Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2026.
Adult eligibility at the door
You must be at least 19 to order from Kitchener Weed Delivery, and the person accepting the handoff must present valid government photo ID before the products are released.
A request is not a completed purchase
Sending the website form creates a delivery request, not a completed purchase; the destination, availability, total and timing must be confirmed and accepted before dispatch.
Supplier details and sample offers
Supplier availability and prices can change, so menu information and sample deals are not guaranteed; the applicable items, prices and offers are confirmed by text before dispatch.
Kitchener delivery terms
The minimum order is $40, delivery is free over $80, and service runs daily from 9am to 11pm; about 45 minutes after confirmation is typical, but every ETA is an estimate rather than a guarantee.
COD payment and receipt
Payment is COD at the door for the final confirmed amount, with no website payment substituting for the required in-person handoff and age check.
Responsible use and questions
Keep cannabis away from children and pets, follow applicable property rules, never drive impaired, and direct questions about these terms to contact@kitchenerweeddelivery.ca.
